Contact your administrator to provide Entrada Support team your hospital email address or NUS email address to be updated on Entrada
> I am unable to locate Undergraduate Medicine events
If you have been assigned to teach both Undergraduate Medicine and Postgraduate Nursing, click on "faculty" under My Organisations to toggle your view
Assessments
> How to add my colleague to view a distribution
Edit the distribution and go to Authorship section to add your colleague as author of the distribution
> How to extend deadline for distributions
- Check in with Assessment Team for the author of the distribution
- Distribution deadlines should only be adjusted by the author of the distribution
- Extend the End Date of the distribution to extend the deadline for distributions
> Student unable to locate assessor’s name in drop-down list of assessors
- Check [LIVE] Entrada Bi-weekly list to confirm if assessor is in the drop-down list
- If assessor is not in the list, submit a request in the Entrada Change Request PowerApp
- Requests for authorised new accounts should be made 3 working days in advance of date of use
> Student unable to retrigger assessment that has not been completed by assessor
- Advise Student to “Remove Task” of the previous assessor from “Tasks waiting for Assessor” under Assessment & Evaluation
- Retrigger and select the correct assessor
