How to Retrieve your PIN for Assessments


 

 

Important:

  • Your Entrada PIN is strictly confidential, so make sure to not display or disclose your PIN while entering it in public.

  • The PIN is only for submitting assessments on students’ device.

  • Do not attempt to login with your PIN as username or password. 


1. On student’s device, ensure student have selected the correct Distribution, Assessor, Assessment Method via PIN and Date

2. Tap “Create Assessment”

3. If unable to recall your PIN, tap “HERE” to retrieve your PIN through your registered email address in the system.

4. A pop-up message will appear to indicate that your PIN has been sent successfully through your registered email address. 

    NOTE: You are only allowed to request for your PIN a maximum of three times every 24 hours.

5. You can also tap "HERE" to retrieve your PIN through your registered email address in the system.

6. You will receive your PIN through the email that was used to register in the LMS. Sample PIN Email via Mobile Device below:
