    Dear all,

    We have recently been notified that there are users who are experiencing a secured connection error when attempting to access Entrada.

    We have confirmed that system is secure, therefore users who are experiencing the issue, please do refer to the steps below to clear your browser cache and re-attempt to access the system.

    Clear browser cache for Safari:

    1. Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner next to the Apple symbol
    2. Click on  Settings...
    3. A new dialogue box will open
    4. Click Privacy
    5. Click on the Manage Website Data button
    6. To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all
    7. A new dialogue box will open
    8. Click Remove Now
    9. Wait a few moments, then click Done
    10. Close the dialogue box remaining
    11. Press Command +Q to quit Safari

    Clear browser cache for Google:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    1. On your computer, open Chrome.
    2. At the top right, click More. Delete browsing data.
    3. Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
    4. Select the types of information you want to remove.
    5. Click Delete data. If you delete cookies while signed in to Chrome, you won't be signed out of your Google Account.

    Please do not access the system from the period of:

    • Saturday, 23/11/2024 12:00 AM to Sunday, 24/11/2024 11:59 PM
